Angela is a general mental health therapist.

Angela is experienced in working with all genders and sexual orientations, ages 18 and above. Angela provides individual and couples sessions. Angela believes that all individuals and couples are capable of reaching their full potential, when provided with a safe and nonjudgmental space to do so. Angela is a telehealth therapist. 

Angela believes that the therapeutic process begins with fostering rapport. Angela strives to assist individuals and couples with gaining an increased awareness of identifying the source(s) of issues that are contributing to distress. Angela provides a space in which individuals and couples can feel heard and understood, while also exploring behavior change and reframing unhealthy thought patterns. Angela utilizes an array of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused [couples] Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.  

Angela earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix in 2012. Angela continued her education at the University of Phoenix, where she obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Angela is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Angela is also board certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NCC). Angela has experience providing individual, group and couples counseling, in inpatient and outpatient therapy settings. 

Angela prides herself in believing that she is a comedian, and often laughs at her own jokes. Angela understands the importance of inclusivity, equality and diversity, and strives to serve all members of the community. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, playing with her dogs, cooking, interior decorating, working on home projects, playing games, reading and learning from others.
